I think it's best to buy you two dumbbells instead of carrying this product, you're not gonna use much. The product does its function but I do not recommend it

works good. the weight is a maximum, you can detach 1 of 3 of the resistance bands as needed for your workouts. so if you're unsure which to get, I'd suggest going bigger. the price difference isn't killer anyways
